TGGENCO YTPS C andI Unit4 Assembling or Dessembling , cleaning ,purging , testing, servicing, calibration and refixing of C and I equipments or Instuments of Main Boiler , Boiler Auxiliaries ID, FD, PA fans and LubeOil systems, Blade pitch Control dampers, Guns and Igniters, Flame scanners, Fuel Oil valves and solenoids and Instrumentation pertains to Bowl Mills,Hot air and cold air Gates of all mills, Mill rejection system and Gravimetric feeders, Seal air and Scanner air fans , SADCs power cylinders, smart positioners, transmitters, solenoid valves , limit Switches, O2 analysers, ASLDs,seals replacement of Pneumatic cylinders of HAD,CAD,IDF,PAF,FDF Dampers, Burner Tilt, MOVs pertaining to Flue gas path gates and Boiler valves, Seperators and HWL valves, Eco flow valves , BCW pumps, APH SCAPH system, Soot Blowing system, ERVs, Metal temperatures, Flue gas temperatures, pressures and analysers and replacement of spare parts in Unit 4 from commencement to 31.3.27

RequiredThe Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs. 22,473/-Incase of exemption submission of valid document as applicable like NSIC/PEMD/MSME/SC/ST/Societies or individual firms

RequiredThe Bidder shall have valid EPF, ESI/GI, and GST registration and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

RequiredThe bidder shall possess a valid Contractor/Firm Registration Certificate issued by the State/Central Government or State/Central PSU, valid as on the date of bid submission and shall enclose the documentary Evidence. The bidder?s registered monetary limit/class shall be equal to or higher than the Estimated Contract Value (ECV). Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

RequiredThe bidder must have prior O&M experience in Control and Instrumentation works for 800 MW unit capacity thermal power plants of TGGENCO, APGENCO or NTPC. The bidder shall submit previous purchase orders, relevant experience certificates, and satisfactory completion certificates along with the bid.

RequiredThe Bidder should posses valid labour license/labour registration issued by Government of Telangana or any State Government of India, and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

RequiredThe Bidder shall upload signed bidding document duly filling all the details/particulars including Annexur I (GST) & Annexure II (Undertaking) in the format given in tender document.
