Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder shall have successfully supplied Conveyor Idler Frames / Conveyor Frames / similar Belt Conveyor Components to any Govt. Sector / Major PSU / Power Plant / Private Sector / Industry amounting to Rs. 45.32 lakh or above in any one of the preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). In proof of the same, the bidder shall upload supportive documents (Purchase Orders / Supply Orders limited to three numbers) issued by competent authority.

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder shall be a Manufacturer of Conveyor Idler Frames / Conveyor Frames / Belt Conveyor Components. As documentary proof, the bidder shall upload Manufacturer Certificate / Authorization Certificate / Supply Order copies issued by purchasers.

Others -- Relevant documents shall be furnished

Financial Status

The bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs.90.64 lakh or above in at least two financial years during the preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). As proof, the bidder shall furnish Annual Turnover Certificate / Profit & Loss Statement duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.
