Lump sum Charges for preparation and submission of Economic Feasibility Report
DETAILED PROJECT REPORT (DPR):
Lump sum Charges for preparation of Economic Feasibility Report and Detailed Project Report by suitably updating & improving the inputs given by TANGEDCO, to suit the site requirements for design, supply, erection and commissioning of Wagon Tippler of 1200T capacity and its Coal conveying system from wagon tippler site to the coal stock yard at NCTPS- Tamilnadu as per the scope of work mentioned in Section-III of this specification. Three (3) copies of Draft Economic Feasibility Report and Twenty (20) copies of final Economic Feasibility Report and soft copy of the EFR. Three (3) copies of draft Detailed Project Report and Twenty (20) copies of final Detailed Project Report and soft copy of the DPR.
Preparation of Tender specification and Pre-Contract Consultancy Services (till award of contract)
Lump sum Charges for Preparation of EPC Tender Specification. Three (3) copies of draft Tender Specification and Fifteen (15) copies of Tender Specification for EPC.
Attending pre-bid meetings with TANGEDCO, Furnishing clarifications to the pre-bid queries, Bid Evaluations and finalization of the lowest bidder and recommendations for TANGEDCO for award of contract.
Post award Contract/ Project Management Consultancy services
Lump sum charges for attending Engineering Review meeting and progress review meetings by a team of minimum two members with contractors and TANGEDCO (inclusive of accommodation, boarding, to & fro travel expenses and local conveyance charges) as and when required during the execution of contract till commissioning of the Wagon Tippler
Lump sum charges for witnessing the PG test of the equipment and recommending to TANGEDCO for approval. (Inclusive of travelling to site, boarding, lodging and local travel expenses shall be quoted).
