Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The firm/ agency must have registered under Companies Registration Act or SocietiesAct.The registration certificates shall be submitted

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee andEMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the lastdate and time of bid submission.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance tothe last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible fornon-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technicalglitches at bidders end

The Executive Engineer reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders withoutassigning any reasons.
