Repair to Chair steel tubular with out Arms Removing of unserviceable seat and back of chair steel tubular without Arms, and provide of seat and back as per the existing size and wdn frame duly coated with premier black paint over the coat of wood primer and canned with 2mm wide half round white plastic cane superior quality with Godrej pattern complete all as specified.Supply and fixing on new seat and back with suitable machine screws.

Repair to Chair steel tubular with Arms Removing of unserviceable seat and back of chair steel tubular with Arms, and provide of seat and back as per the existing size and wdn frame duly coated with premier black paint over the coat of wood primer and canned with 2mm wide half round white plastic cane superior quality with Godrej pattern complete all as specified.Supply and fixing on new seat and back with suitable machine screws.

FORM WITHOUT BACK (FD-77(M)) M&L For Replacement of the following existing old/broken/unserviceable parts of Form without back from with & including new parts of Ist class teak wood (Clean Sawn) made to shape as per drawings including polishing complete to match with existing parts after finishing complete all specified and directed and shown on drgs.

a) Remove the unsv plank and supply and fixing of teak wood plank size of 255 x 1525 x 25mm thick.

b) Remove the old unsv stiffner square tubler and supply and fix 25mm dia MS square tube match with existing alongwith standard workmenship welding.

c) Remove the old unsv rubber shoes and supply and fixing new hard rubber Shoe with existing size.

M&L for one coat of Synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) by mechanical sprayer to old steel painted surface complete (internally & externally) of the following steel articles of any description with width or girth including cleaning & preparing the surface rubbing to smoothness with sand paper and dusting complete all as specified and directed:- Make of paints & Polish (Asian)

M&L for one coat of French polishing to old polished surface of the following articles of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface rubbing to smoothness with sand paper and dusting including prose in the wood shall be filled with putty/filled for the following articles, complete all as specified and directed:-

(a) Chair Dining (FD-279)

(b) Chair Easy (FD-229)

(c) Chair Writing (FD-280)

(e) Form w/o back for wooden plank only (FD-77(M))

SCHOOL DESK TYPE-II

(a) Removing of old unserviceable seat of desk type -II and supply and fixing of new one made out of pre-laminated particles board commercial 18mm thick of size 1210 x 260 mm covered with 4mm thick Shisham wood beading fixed with 38 x 8 mm steel screw, all around complete all as specified and directed. (b) Removing of old unserviceable back rest of desk type -II and supply and fixing of new one made out of pre-laminated particles board commercial 18mm thick of size 1210 x 200 mm covered with 4mm thick Shisham wood beading fixed with 38 x 8 mm steel screw, all around complete all as specified and directed. (c) Removing of old unserviceable slope top of desk type -II and supply and fixing of new one made out of pre-laminated particles board commercial 18mm thick of size 1020 x 310 mm covered with 4mm thick Shisham wood beading fixed with 38 x 8 mm steel screw, all around complete all as specified and directed. (d) Removing of old unserviceable slope top of desk type -II and supply and fixing of new one made out of pre-laminated particles board commercial 18mm thick of size 1020 x 150 mm covered with 4mm thick Shisham wood beading fixed with 38 x 8 mm steel screw, all around complete all as specified and directed. (e) Removing of old unserviceable planks under of desk type -II and supply and fixing of new one made out of pre-laminated particles board commercial 18mm thick of size 1110 x 260 mm covered with 4mm thick Shisham wood beading fixed with 38 x 8 mm steel screw, all around complete all as specified and directed. (f) Removing of old unserviceable horizantal bottom long rails seat and desk of desk type -II any description and supply and fixing of new 25 mm dia MS square tube 18 gauge 850mm long all as shown in drawing and as directed by Eingineer-in-Charge. Make of PLPB :- Greenply/Century/Assam

(g) Removing of old unserviceable bottom long rails seat and desk of desk type -II any description and supply and fixing of new 25 mm dia MS square tube 18 gauge 1100mm long all as shown in drawing and as directed by Eingineer-in-Charge. Make of PLPB :- Greenply/Century/Assam

(h) Removing of old unserviceable stiffner in table of desk type -II any description and supply and fixing of new 25 mm dia MS square tube 18 gauge 370mm long all as shown in drawing and as directed by Eingineer-in-Charge. Make of PLPB :- Greenply/Century/Assam
