Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract CAMC for existing 100 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant STP one year and extendable to two years at Govt. Psychiatric Diseases Hospital Jammu

CAMC Contract for 100 KLD STP installed at Govt. Psychiatric Hospital Jammu for 1st year w.e.f 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2024 by way of quarterly routine checkup and over hauling of rotating equipment with complete inspection of overhauling of plant operation and maintenance basis, The quarterly maintenance includes. 1) Check all pipes & valves connections are free from leaks, tighten flanges renew gaskets as necessary. 2) Check all valves for satisfactory operations. 3) Inspect all tanks and associated pipe work externally for damage and distortion. 4) Check through sight glasses levels of filling individually tanks. 5) Ensure that tanks vents are clear from any obstruction. 6) Check security of all instrument connections and ensure all electrical connections are clean. 7) Ensure all rotating equipment are checked as per manufacturer’s instructions and inspect critically for any abnormality in operation Make up/replace lubricant as required. 8) Ensure assess ladder, platform are clear and fasteners are tight. 9) Check the pipes for any undue vibrations etc. 10) Check that all the instruments are functioning properly. 11) Check all strainers for choking. MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT Job includes providing and fitting of digital flow meter, maintenance of vessels, tanks, tank internals, pipe lines & instrument panel, minimum 4 visits are required for inspection. Moreover in addition to above following chemicals are required for monthly consumption for smooth functioning of STP 100 KLD which includes odor smell chemical-60litres, NaOCl-85litres, Poly Electrolite-15Kg, Alum-30Kg, Lime-20Kg, Salt-500kg, HCl-60litres, NaOH-50ltrs. The Job includes providing and supplying of filter media from time to time for smooth functioning of plant. The Job also includes clearance of sewage pipe from septic tank to STP Plant for free flow of fluid. The job also includes replacement of damaged Raw Water Submersible Pump-01 No.
