M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 42 here-in above 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) (using old size bricks) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/Aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket and power) complete including switches, ceiling rose lamp holder and regulator etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) FRLS, single core PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded copper conductor unsheathed in and including concealed PVC conduit medium duty 20/25 mm dia or higher and heavy grade conduit fittings and heavy duty accessories with suitable size of sunk type cast iron or pressed steel terminal box 1.6mm thick for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, one green colour FRLS cable of same size as earth wire up to common earth and connected to earth dolly compete all as specified and directed for the following.
