CHAIR WOODEN BOTTOM WITHOUT ARMS (FD-56, 225, 285) (a) Removing of existing unserviceable seat and provide new seat made out of 6mm thick plywood commercial to Chair wooden bottom with wood/steel screws, rest all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable rear leg and providing with new teak wood rear leg complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable front leg and providing with new teak wood front leg complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable side rails and fixing new teak wood side rails complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) S & F in repairs to unserviceable damaged legs from teapoy made out of first class hard wood (teak) complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) S & F in repairs to unserviceable damaged bottom stiffeners (both short & long) from teapoy made out of first class hard wood (teak) complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TABLE CENTER (FD-29, 235) (a) Replacement of existing unserviceable table top for Table centre made out of prelaminated particle board 18mm thick with one side teak facing and balancing white on the other side and fixed with 18x4mm wooden beading (teak) on all the four sides all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Taking out old unserviceable top of table bed side and S & F new top of particle board 18/19 (Novapan/Nepal Board) of required as per existing drawing including 4mm thick teak wood beading all round all as specified and directed.

(c) Opening out old unserviceable shelf and S & F new shelf made out of 12 mm thick ply wood commercial BWP ISI mark of size and shape including 4mm thick teak wood beading all round all as specified and directed.

TABLE DRESSING LADIES (FD-32, 251, 378) (a) S & Fixed in repairs table top of Table dressing ladies with 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle Board exterior grade of approved make, all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) S & F in repairs new Glass shutters of Table dressing ladies all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Each glass shutter shall be measured as single unit.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable Aluminium channel and S & Fixed in repairs Aluminium Channel all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(d) S & Fixed in repairs new back suport made out of 6 mm thick plywood for mirror of Table dressing ladies all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) S & Fixed in repairs new mirror 5 mm thick for Table dressing ladies of approved make with complete frame back all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

WOODEN PAINTING M&L preparation of old wood surfaces by scraping and filling bore holes with putty and finally rubbing with sand paper/ abrasive cloth throughly for smooth and clean surface and applying two coat of french polish over a coat wax to the depressed surface for smooth finishing complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following furniture articles:- (a) Chair dining (FD-16, 203, 279)

(b) M & L for welding of broken joints of Teapoy varandah including preparation of surface and appluing two coat of white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Replacement of existing unserviceable table top for Teapoy verandah made out of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board teak facing on top and balancing white with on the other and all the four edges provided with teak wood beading size 18x4 mm all as specified on drawing all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE PLY TOP (FD-220) (a) S & F in repair 12mm thick plywood as per IS:303 BWR Grade, approved Make in single piece as per drawing without any joint to the charpoy G I pipe ply top with suitable steel nut & bolt with washer including removal of damaged ply wood all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Reassembling/Tightening the loose components of frame including welding of broken existing MS flat iron stiffeners to the long rails before fixing of ply top with frame of charpoy GI pipe ply top complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) S & F in repair MS flat iron stiffener of size 35x5mm made in half round shape fit to long rails as per requirement including welding to long rails of charpoy GI pipe ply top duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) S & F in repairs 32mm dia ISI medium grade of approved make, long rail for GI charpoy pipe including removing unserviceable long rail, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Making short rail for GI Charpoy obtained from item No.(d) above here-in-before cut in to length and threading including removing of existing unserviceable short rails all as specified and directed.

(f) Making leg for GI charpoy from short rail obtained from item No. (e) above here-in-before end threading other end provided with MNF clamp suitable for 19mm dia conduit pipe 3mm base plale welded at bottom and fixed in repairs as required as per drg.

(g) S & F in repairs GI Elbow 32 mm dia three way, ISI marked, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(h) S & F in repairs MS Check nuts, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

SOFA SET 4/5 PERSON WITH CUSHION (FD-258, 281, 373 or similar) (a) Replacement of existing U/S cushion of Sofa Set with new foam cushion 40 density 100mm thick of approved make duly covered with tapestry cloth including mulmul cloth and stitching, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Each cushion for seat or back will be measured as single unit. (ii) The tapestry cloth shall be mat finish and shall not less than Rs. 350/- per metre and as approved by GE.

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable front leg from Sofa and providing new first class teak wood of leg size 70mm x 35 mm x 530mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable rear leg from Sofa and providing new first class teak wood of leg size 70mm x 35 mm x 530mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Removing existing unserviceable Arm rest from Sofa and providing new first class teak wood Arm Rest of size 35mm x 70mm x 725mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Removing existing unserviceable side rail from Sofa and providing new first class teak wood side rail of size 35 mm x 100mm x 725mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Removing existing unserviceable bearer from Sofa and providing new first class teak wood bearer of size 40mm x 40mm x 725mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(g) Removing existing unserviceable battens from Sofa and providing new first class teak wood battens of size 50mm x 20 mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(h) Removing existing unserviceable front rail from Sofa three seater and providing new first class teak wood front rail of size 35mmx 100mm x 1590 mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(j) Removing existing unserviceable front rail from Sofa single seater and providing new first class teak wood front rail of size 35mm x 100mm x 530 mm, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
