Electrical Items :

Installation, testing & commissioning of the 1.5TR Split AC unit i/c Fixing of indoor unit on suitable size wooden sheet, fixing the outdoor unit on wall bracket, making ref.line connections, drain water line connections complete as required.

Dismantling of the existing 1.5 TR split AC Unit complete with indoor unit,outdoor unit along with OD stand, refrigerant piping, shifting the dismaltled items to a safe place in exchange premises and handing over to the incharge,making good etc as required.

Dismantling of the existing 3 TR split AC Unit complete with indoor unit,outdoor unit along with OD stand, refrigerant piping, shifting the dismaltled items to a safe place in exchange premises and handing over to the incharge,making good etc as required.

Supplying & fixing of 63 mm dia rigid PVC pipe/ rigid flexible (green) for covering the refrigerant piping etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 16/20 amps "C" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of the copper refrigerant pipe line of sizes 5/8 " & 1/4 " ( or 1/2 " & 1/4 " ) or suitable size for 1.5 TR Split AC Units for suction and discharge lines covered with insulation foam including making brazing, flaring (whereever required) etc as required

Suppply & fixing of Prefabricated MS brackets (1 set) for mounting Split AC outdoor unit on surface of wall as required

Supplying and fixing of 12mm Novapan Sheet (approx 4 ft x 1.5 ft) for AC units with all necessary accessories as required.

Supplying & fixing of following rigid PVC pipe including bends/ couplings etc for drain water on surface of wall as required

Supplying & Fixing of the MS Angle IRON frame of size 1.6mtr x 1.0 mtr x0.5 mtr made upof 40x40x5mm L -angles of lengths 1.6 mtrs-4nos, 1.0 mtr -6nos, 0.5mtr-6nos for vertical / horizantal members & 50mm x5mm MS flats of length 0.5 mtr -6nos for horizantal supports for installing 3nos Split AC OD units ( In 3 tier model) on surface of floor including welding the MS angles, painting, grouting & cement coping complete as required

Supplying & Laying of 4 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable in existing MS/PVC conduit as required (between indoor and outdoor units.)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required

a). 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

b). 4 X 4 sq. mm + 2 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying & fixing of 100mmx 50mm size PVC Casing & capping on surface of wall / aluminium partition for covering Copper Elec cables / refrigerent piping as required.

Charges for highly skilled labour in the installation of AC outddor unit / Laying copper refrigerent piping/ work connected to AC installation using suspending rope platform & safety gears complete as required

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
