Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Removing of vegetation / shrubs / brushwood / undergrowth and carrying away rubbish to a distance of 50 m deemed to included in quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently all as directed. Note : Depth after punning shall be measured and paid.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete in type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, laid to (consolidated thickness 65mm or less) as leveling course, laid and compacted in min slope 1:30 over roof complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Granite stone any description providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples & scrwed complete all as specified and directed

S&F anodized aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m, powder coated of any colour as approved (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, anodized aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos), suitable handle (1 No.) complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Glazing/penelling measured and paid saperately in respective items.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge Note : Glazing/penelling measured and paid saperately in respective items.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick and area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over screed bed 15mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L kota stone slab 10-15 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over rendering back of tile 10 mm CM 1:4 complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 16-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work of walls including finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed/plaster over top of roof slab/chajjas in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for internal/external plaster/unplastered newly/old surfaces on walls/ceilings and preparation of surfaces of walls/ceilings and plaster of paris putty of 1mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only 5mm thick Tinted Coloured glass fixed to metal frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 40mm thick, as in Sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring & alternate panel (2.5mtr X 2.5mtr ) including power floater conncrete machine vibrater with filling bitumen etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note :- Bitumen gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mortar 1:3 shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base,surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

M&L steel work in tubular truess, purline rafter columns etc including welding ,butt welded tubes conferming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out soft/loose soil , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplush soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and all as specified.

M&L for PCC Type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

Supply only GI chain link fencing 4mm dia, made of mild steel GI mesh 50 X50 mm ,straining bolts etc with 12 mm dia round bars and flat iron 50 mm x 6 mm thick, binding and jointing complete incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc confirming to Fe 410. NOTE:- 12mm dia round bars and FI shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.incl provission of binding wire complete

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars of 12 mm dia and over, fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed. S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of top to vertical surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromic primer including preparation of surfaces.

M & L brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying sub class 'B' bricks for protection of cable and laid perpendicular to the trench all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
