M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like of any thickness above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses and making necessary weep holes for PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape etc, including binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 5mm dia and over, as in spacer/stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape etc, including binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in hardstanding in laid in alternate bays, joints filled with mixed of bitumen and sand of ratio 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm X30cm X 25mm thick, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 Concrete bed to 150mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 150 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars connected as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality A all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment as in Base plate/Gusset plate, cleats for securing purlins/rafters and similar articles conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E 165) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L preparation new steel surfaces with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting hard/dense soil.

S&F Glass dividing strips, 1.5mm thick,38mm wide inserted in position, conform to design all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in flooring surface even and smooth using extra cement laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation materials not exc 50 Metre and deposition where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point (soil).
