Demolition and breaking up of sewage drain pipes upto 150 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bedding and haunching and complete the work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (slat glazed stoneware, AC or RCC) set in cement mortar for 200mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately

Demolition of brick/stone/ PCC block masonry work built in cement mortar and removal of debris out of MD land.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and complete the work all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) removing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles up to a lead of 5 Km and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil and complete the work all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches,n exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m in depth but n exe 3.00 mtr for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil and complete the work all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m deep and getting out hard/dense soil and complete the work all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm and complete the work all as specified and directed.
