Supply and fix 20Watts LED light fitting, basic all purpose surface and wall mounted LED batten 20Watts with aluminium housing and integrated electronic driver including 20W LED tube - 1No. all as per Cat No.LTTB4F20WLED/W of C&S or equivalent of other specified makes fixed on surfaces of wall or ceiling including taking down the old fitting all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 10 Watts environmental friendly, ultra moders, energy saving, surface mounted , decorative oval bulk head edge-lit LED luminaire comprising of high brighthess LEDs all as per Cat No SIRIUS/10W of C&S or equivalent of other specified makes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old damaged/broken sub main wiring of any size/capacity alongwith existing conduit pipe/casing and caping and removing the same from the site and making good the disturbed portion of the wall etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F sub main wiring complete with two runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistrand copper conductor cable of 1100 volts grade drawn through new non metalic rigid PVC casing capping on wall alongwith accessories fixed on walls/floors/ceiling with one run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Two runs of PVC insulated cable 4 sqmm + one run 4 sqmm of earth wire and one run of conduit including accessories shall be measured as one length.

S&F MCB distribution board made of CRCA sheet, powder coated paint comforming of IS 13032, double door fixed in switch boards/wall at various places of capacity 240volt 8 way MCB DB, SPN with 200 Amp rated bus bar shall conform to IP 38 protection incluidng taking down the old one.

S&F MCB of rating 240 Volts,SPN 40 Amps including taking down the old one.

S&F MCB of Single pole of rating 6 to 32 Amps including taking down the old one.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure of single pole and neutral enclosure with a Two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB of 20 Amps.

Supply & Lay underground XLPE insulated armoured LT UG electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100V grade in trenches fixed on wall (or) passing through pipes/in floors connecting up testing and commissioning of of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
