M&L anti skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in verticle surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x 300x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles as in skirting/dado including matching PVC corner beading over and 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of 18- 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms including edge moulding, machine polish to edge as required and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of PCC of design mix or bitumin road for laying of UG Main cable for site with the help of Concrete Cutter and removal of debris carefully from site and deposit as per direction of Engr in charge within 50 mtr range with the help of JCB if required complete all as specified and as directed.
