REPAIR/ MAINT OF ROOF TREATMENT, FLOORING PLINTH PROTECTION AND CONNECTED WORK IN POCKET 9 (SAHARANPUR) IN AGE B/R-III UNDER GE ROORKEE

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC / arch slab, including taking down exsiting PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick cement paster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and smooth withour using extra cement on roof surface and wall (WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only rate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered roof surfdace and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.0 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 Gm per Sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions over, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course complete all as specified.

Materials and labour, brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:6, including demolition of old bricks in cement mortar complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

M&L for three coat of white wash on wall including preparation of new plastered surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Coloured (Digital colour) Non skid ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm and not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling of old tiles with cement mortar bedding and removing off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n. exc 2 sq. m each and refixing in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M & L for precast machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade, glossy type with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations , filling ,mass concrete and sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding, Plinth protection, path etc 75 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete with Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in coping, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick cement screed (1:4) base laid, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing,including dismantling with cement mortar bedding and removing off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair ball valves of 20 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for white color rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I capacity of the tank 500 ltrs including GI tank nipple of size 20/15 mm dia including dismantling of old water tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in- charge

M&L for 75 MM PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors including dismantling
