Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for such as copings, bands of any type, roof padding, kerbs, sunken, hard standing etc; overall thickness and a part/ portions of concrete. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling glazed tiles/ kota stone/ terrazzo tiles any type as in dado/ skirting etc; including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) complete all as specifide.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern of size 350x 250x7mm/ 450X350X7mm/ 300X450X7 to 8mm thick or any other nearer size as approved by Engineer incharge in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16-18mm thick granite work 'Z' black (table rubbed and polished) in steps, shelves, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like, moulding of edges, pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone slabs, machine cut (dressed face) 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted (vertical or horrizontal) and set, jointed and grouted cement mortar 1:3 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of stone slab making with cutting of groove as required etc; embedded in position including all necessary excavation, tamping ground arround blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc; complete all as specified.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made pre cast cement concrete, rubber moulded laquer finish using chemical and admixure inter locking tiles having compressive strength not less than 350 kg/Sqcm, of shape and colour as approved by GE , laid over and including 25mm thick compacted approved sand cushioned surface, joints filled by fine sand and compacting the top surfaces of paver blocks after laid etc of approved make all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made precast cement concrete solid blocks M-30 Grade, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stones of any size (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) set in cement mortar 1:4 for path edgings etc; embedded in position including all necessary excavation, tamping ground arround blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

-ditto- all as per above item but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling,Jodhpur type, brought upto courses all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in surface channels and drain,laid to slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms,moulds ends etc; material and labour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping to drain walls including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition by breaking up drain pipes salt glazed stone ware pipe, AC, Reinforced concrete etc; any type of 450mm internal dia of pipe and jointed in cement mortar and taking out of root trenches removing the debries from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, 450mm bore, class NP-2, laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar as specified complete with collars complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 for 450mm dia pipe bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in complete all as directed and specified

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over stone masonary, concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Raking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in walls, surface channels, etc; built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on walls complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood , steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from hardcore, concrete work or masonry work complete all as specified.

Dismantling barbed wire mesh/ chain link / fencing wire from any type of posts etc.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 0.50 Cubic metre each and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble moxed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good surface complete all as specified.

Mild steel work as in angle iron posts or struts for fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as directed, including cutting top to ashape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including cutting and twisting necessary drilling, bolting and revieting or welding etc and similar works complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised iron two strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm c/c spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stappies or steel pin, complete all as specified. Note : Each line of wire to be measured separately.

Supplied only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type as directed by Engineer - in- Charge to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc; including provn of binding wire complete all as specified.

MS nuts and bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be provided with one washer and nut.

MS framed work as in doors or gates of flat, angle, rolled or other section partly ornamental/ intricate design , incl gusset plates, braces etc but without coverings incl all necessary welding and / or rivetting etc including pintle or any other type of hinges Fe - 290 ( Gde E - 165 ), complete all as directed

Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron work of any description and girth over 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new steel surfaces and treating ends of posts etc., with coal tar black paint area tarred exc .10 Sqm but not exc 0.50 Sqm each

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth n. exc 4.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, putting in ready mix cold road patching premix as specified for thin premixed carpet (30mm thick) filled up to the top level of existing road , well rammed (including supply of materials) and compacted with hand roller , depth of pot holes not exc 40 mm (averaging 30mm thick). Note:- Pot holes shall be marked by Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of work and the same shall be entered in MB after making good and before laying of cold road patch carpet.

M&L for marking on road the strip, straight line, zebra crossing and stop line not less than 2.5mm thick with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of brand Asian (Apcomark) / Berger (Sigmark) (white or yellow) by using automatic mechanical road painting machine all as specified. Note : Glass beads shall be of any indigenous make equivalent of "Potters" of England/UAE/Austria/Australia but not Chinese.
