Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, 25mm thick, surface finished even and rough to receive floor finishes or chamfering of RCC Chajjas to drain off storm water with proper slope, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5cm deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for sunken portion, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km (out side Mil Stn), complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-05, nominal mix, E-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sunken floors, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sunken portion, 25mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base flooring, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing tarfelt from roof and prepare surface with wire brushes for removing caked etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface to remove all loose dirt etc on roof, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Water proofing treatment of sunken portion and RCC roof slab using shaliurethane-BTD of STP make or equivalent mentioned in Appendix 'C' high solid content component Water basedliquid applied elastometric water proofing membrane as ASTMC 836 and ASTMD 6083, thickness of the membrane shall be 1.50 mm having solid content of more than 80 % elongation of 500 + (-) 50 % laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geotextile mesh of 40/50 gms including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.20 Kg per square metre and surface preparation, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions/ specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) in two layers (5mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer), mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 32mm bore, 450mm long with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, as in spout of sunken floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor, staircase (single piece should be user in rise/tread etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and any position, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km (out side Mil Stn), complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in supported on walls, beams and columns infloors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. For fair finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km (out side Mil Stn), complete all as specified and directed.

Marble 16 to 18mm thick, green marble, (table rubbed and polished and moulding of outer edges) as in kitchen cooking platform /shelf and verticle surfaces duly machine cut in skirting /dado and like laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade green marble type, complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs of any type one edge, such as in steps cooking platform, cill of window and other simillar situations, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 28 above but except stone.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km (out side Mil Stn), complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete (external surfaces) surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on ceiling, soffits of roof slab, waist slab etc upto height of 7m, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate of scaffolding upto a height of 7m is included in this rate for plastering.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick wall with plaster of paries putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick plaster of paries putty including cleaning the floor/joinery surfaces, glass pans, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including complete removal of existing surfaces and applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick plaster of paries putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings including complete removal of existing treatment and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls of staircase area including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement if any. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle or manually well bonded with surface (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in Cm 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling of Non asbestos(Designer) 4mm fibre cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 4 mm thick fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm X 600mm . The aluminium fram work will supported on side wall with the used of aluminium 'L' section of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4 mm dia Galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of Galvanised iron flat of size 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.50 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Everest or equivalent as approved by GE.

The inner panel Laminated with 2mm thick termite proof, water proof & fire resistant moulded PVC sheet with 2,4,6 raised panel design in different plain &/or prelam colors on one side after routing the mouldd design on flush door & 2mm plain and/or prelam PVC sheet on other side using rubber based adhesive on flush door & solvent cement adhesive on the lipping etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacture's specification and drawing.

Steel window 1.25mm thick box type (Primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 85mm x 35mm double rebated comprises gauged, glazed skelton shutter ERW Sec 50mm x 20mm and 1mm thick with two openable leaf consiting two Nos sash bar of T-Section 20mm x 3mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T-section of size 30mm x 25mm and 1.25mm thick (04 No's for each window, steel duly painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer on prepared surfaces) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing including following fitting welded to frame shutter:- (i) Hold fast, 150mm long of 12mm x 3mm made to shape -04 Nos per window.
