Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Demolition of Reinfiorced Cement Concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)) in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Excavating in trenches, in hard/dense soil; n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out.

Boring holes 300mm dia, 4 m deep in soil for two under-reamed piles and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc. 50 m.

Removing excavated material n exc. 100m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M & L, Hardcore (Broken stone or boulders) of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

S&F RBT (Reinforced Barbed Tape) horizontal wire medium bladed profile (medium barbs sapcing 34 (+/-1) c/c ,length 22(+/-1)mm, width 15(+/-1), spring core {of diameter 2.56(+/-0.02)mm spring steel, cold drawn conforming to IS-4454 (part-1) :2001 wire of high tensile strength of min 165 kg/sqmm } with tape [{.54(+/-0.02)mm thk, cold rolled corbon steel elctro -galvanised coating local 12 micron & average 20 micron thick, mat finish and min. weight 43.478 gm/m}]. tied on vertical portion of existing Y shaped angle iron fixed on top of brick wall ) approx 1.5m apart and on over hanged angle iron fixed on upper side of wall (Projected from wall) approx. 1.50m apart with G.I staple and GI clips (steel grade-A (fe-410WA), hot dip/ electro galvanised coating min 20micron thick) to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts etc and provision (like drilling holes or notch etc.) for securing hrorizontal RBT, all complete as per direction of EIC.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and rendreing is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.
