S.H.: I Provision of Standby cables

Supply of 2 X16 Sqmm, 5 KV grade stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed unarmoured underground Airfield Lighting Cable generally confirming to IS 1554 Part II with upto date amendments as required

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24) complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (85 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 50 mm dia (OD-50 mm & ID- 38 mm )

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1/5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required Upto 35sqmm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV/5 KVgrade of upto 35 sqmm size in the existing masonry open duct as required

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface/cable tray as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Providing, laying and fixing of 250 mm dia RCC pipe NP2 class (light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar1:2 (1cement:2fine sand)including trenching (75cm deep) and refilling etc., as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock/demolishing cement concrete/bituminous road/brick wall/paverbloc by manually / mechanical means not exceeding 1.5 meters in width and lift upto 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4(1 Cement:2Coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at all levels for damaged portion of wall/road/paver block portion etc., complete as required.

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 M sand) , with RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 M sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), including necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 M sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3M sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :

Supply of 15 Watt, 20A / 6.6A 5 KV grade 50 Hz series type isolating transformers, encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded with neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connections meeting ICAO requirement as per IS/IEC etc. complete as required. (Secondary lead should be suitable for plug in connection to the secondary lead of the fittings offered)

S.H.: II Replacement of guidance sign boards in operational area

Supply of Slim Type Edge lit guidance sign boards having various sizes (as per ICAO standard) made of reinforced 2mm thick anodized aluminium profile with suitable angle support with 1.5mm thick aluminum back cover. Signage sheet shall be 2mm thick, long life imported non-specular surface polycarbonate and the letters & symbols made out form 3M film pasted from inside with required. coloring for mandatory / information guidance sign. Suitable solid state circuit and mechanism shall be made to function of CCR circuits. Suitable arrangment shall be made for IP 67 water proof protection. Sign boards shall be informly internally illuminated with IP 67 grade LEDs and 4mm thick light guide panels to achieve required even illumination level, operated on input sources of 2.5Amps to 6.6Amps constant current its supporting frangible legs, base frame etc., complete as per latest ICAO/FAA requirment specification.

S.H.: III Replacement of LED taxiway edge light fittings at Trichy Airport

Supply of Elevated Omni-directional , Medium Intensity Light Fittings suitable for Taxiway Edge Lighting use with LED complete with all accessories, breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, base plate with 6 nos M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring washers and other accessories with Omni directional blue lens, LED lamp and other accessories etc. complete as required meetng the requirement of ICAO Annex-14 and Aerodrome Design Manual Part-IV.

Installation, testing and commisiong of Elevated type fittings such as Taxiway fittings on the existing transformer housing boxes including installation of lens, lamps gasket,nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment,connection, earth connection etc. as complete as required.

Dismantling of existing taxiway edge light fitting including shifting the same to AAI store as per direction of EIC complete as required.
