Design, commissioning & Testing of Aeration Grid 350 KLD STP , GI header line and distribution line under water in GI pipe, with painting, along with supply,installation and testing of Disc type fine air bubble jet diffuser with EPDM seat in the existing aeration tank of 14 m x 10m x3.55m minimum required number of diffusers to be provided as per manufacturing's recommendations in RCC construction. NOte G.I. pipe in all size required at site provided by department free of cost. in all respect including carriage of material complete within all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing , fixing and testing Air controlling valve in butter fly/ ball valve body flanged at both ends with companion flanges, gasket, boltsnuts and washers, required accessories complete including cutting and making with cold water for consistent quality 40/50 mm dia in all respect including carriage of material complete within all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply, installation commissioning & Testing Twin Roots blower of 450 ( CHM) Capacity 0.4 Kg/cm2 prssure with suitable Motor as per required installed with Base frame, required for smooth fuctioning ( 1W + 1S) in all respect including prefabricated shed and carriage of material complete within all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply installation & testing of VFD control pannel along with cabling of Twin Roots blowers of 450 ( CHM) Capacity as required (1W&1S) in all respect including carriage of material complete within all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Design Supply Commissioning & Testing of MS fabricated Tube settling Tank Suitable for 100 KL MBBR Tchnology based STP Tank .

Supply commissioning FRP Grating for holding tube duck media covered Area (4mx22m) with supporting arrangement.complete in all respect in all respect including carriage of material complete within all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying installation Tube Deck Media for Tube settling tank covered area (4x2x) commissioning FRP Grating for holding tube duck media covered Area (4mx2m) complete in all respect including carriage of material complete within all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying coating interal area MRF epoxy rubber coating of internal area of tube settling tank , outside apoxy paint. Complete in all respect. complete including carriage of material complete within all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Construction Testing & Commissioning Reinforcement concrete foundation for various units including excavation a all kind stata, including prefabricated shed for sludge dewatering machine, in M 30 design mix in foundation complete in all respect including carriage of material complete within all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Retrofiting / Improvement in screen channel and Grit channel and making suitable arrangement for conection of new units with existing STP complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
