Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in repair building security light luminaries with surge protector and photovoltaic/LDR sensor controlled made out of single piece die cast alluminium housing suitable for and including 1X35 Watt LED lamp type complete, pre-wired including bracket made out of 32 mm bore medium grade GI pipe made to shape with bolts, buts & washers of min 1.2 Mtr incl grouting of nuts or fasteners clamps and conductor to fitting with 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated cable ,in replacement, complete all as specified . Note: The unit rate include for painting to bracket with one coat of red oxide paint and two coat of alluminium paint before fixing .

Make : Havells : Turbo force 1 phase/ Crompton model EXHD300-6-1(ISI) marked or equivalent in Orient.

M&L for Sub main wiring P+N+E with 2 Single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty copper conductor multistranded of size 4 Sqmm (nominal area) drawing in and including 20 mm dia or higher medium duty PVC concealed conduit / PVC conduit on wall and conduit accessories and fittings. Including one single core green colour PVC Insulated unsheathed cable copper conductor multistranded of size 4 Sq mm as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified & directed. The make of conduit & its accessories should be Precision/Polycab/AKG. The make of wire should be Polycab/L&T/KEI

Taking out existing submain wiring any specifications and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed and directed.

Taking down light fittings of any description and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old DB of any type and in any position complete all as specified and directed
