Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws. 35 mm thick shutters with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size. Second class teak wood,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royalty, malkhana, toll tax and any other taxes imposed by the government but Excluding GST.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royalty, malkhana, toll tax and any other taxes imposed by the government but Excluding GST.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper,water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering sand preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royalty, malkhana, toll tax and any other taxes imposed by the government but Excluding GST.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Old work (one or more coats) ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royalty, malkhana, toll tax and any other taxes imposed by the government but Excluding GST.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications.Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royalty, malkhana, toll tax and any other taxes imposed by the government but Excluding GST.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications.Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying (a) after surface preparation, first layer ofslurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. (For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.) ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying Tor steel of TATA/SAIL reinforcement thermo mechanically coated bars of grade Fe 500D for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor levels as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively with automatic flushing cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of EngineerIn-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
