Dismantling of cabinets of old cook house, wooden storage/ slabs / blankets, cabinet leafs etc with fittings any cook house any type any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, Platforms, vertical or horizontal any type amy thickness etc laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cuduppa stone 20-25 mm thick in vertical support and horizontal support for cook house platform and similar work including cost of fixing by embedding the edges of stones in walls with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed. The clear height and width of the stone will be measured for payment.

M&L for Z black one side polsihed granite 18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and skirting over platforms and like in CM (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade complete all as specified and directed. the clear area of granite stone will be measured for payment.

Labour only for full round moulding to 18 to 20mm thick granite slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles, 450mm x 300mm x 7mm in size, set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10mm thick rendering cement mortar (1:3) Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5 mm graded agg) 25mm thick as in sub floors complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing stainless steel Sink under counter type of double equal bowl size 1220mm x450mm x300 mm with rounded corners of approved make fixed to kitchen platforms using white cement and pigment to match the shade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of CP swan neck mixer tap for steel sink (Hindware,jaguar, kohler etc) or equivalent make including material and fixing charges complete all as specified and directed.
