SPECIAL REPAIRS TO ROADS AT VARIOUS LOCATION OF 29 AD REGT LANCER LINE UNDER GE (A) BARODA

Material & Labour for repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, including making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm with paving bituminous primer, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed well rammed and sealed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm. All as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour premixed bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted by using 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber (compected thickness 75 mm or less) using paving bitumen grade VG-30 Grade @ 4% by weight of total mix, complete. All as specified and as directed. Note :- (Approx 830 Sqm area required to be Premixed Bituminous Macadam layer of average 70 mm thick required at site for match up with existing roads finished and leveled)

Material & Labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 sqm. All as specified and as directed. Note:- (Tack coat of VG-10 required under Item No 2)

Material & Labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm. All as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated/ compacted thickness using Hot Mix plant and mechanical paver with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compected using 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller to require camber and gradient complete. All as specified and as direted. Note:- The work shall be executed using Hot mix plant and mechanical paver.

Material & Labour for moorum in road side berms, spread thickness 100 mm, spreading consolidating as required and rolled with power roller. All as specified and as directed.
