1 Preparing Estimates & DTP for the New Construction or Reconstruction/Renovation/Retrofitting of any

building (Excluding Structural and architectural design) making all necessory Rate analysis, taking market

rates if required etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge and scructing estimate from sanction

authority and get technical sanction.

(A) For works having estimated cost upto 25.00 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

(B) For works having estimated cost upto 25.00 lac to 50.0 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

(C) For works having estimated cost upto 50.00 lac to 100.0 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

(D) For works having estimated cost more than 100.0 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

2 Preparing Architectural design along with plan, elevation, and all necessory drawings etc complete for any

building work as per requirment and instruction of engineer in charge.

(A) For works having estimated cost upto 25.00 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

(B) For works having estimated cost upto 25.00 lac to 50.0 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

(C) For works having estimated cost upto 50.00 lac to 100.0 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

(D) For works having estimated cost more than 100.0 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

3 Preparing structure design along with plan, elevation, and all necessory drawings etc complete for any

building work as per requirment and instruction of engineer in charge. Including proof check from design

circle Gandhinagar with payment of fees of Design Circle.

(A) For works having estimated cost upto 25.00 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

(B) For works having estimated cost upto 25.00 lac to 50.0 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

(C) For works having estimated cost upto 50.00 lac to 100.0 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

(D) For works having estimated cost more than 100.0 lac 1 % of Estimate amount ( TS Amount)

4 Condition survey of existing Building as per Archeologocal Survey of India. By checking Type of Foundation,

Material for structure, height of structure, nos of floor, types of floor or ceiling, information regarding

environment effect on exposed wall, water leakage from roof etc., and to provide the necessesory 1 Per Sqmt of Builtup area

requirments and obsurvations to repair by providing suggesation etc. complete including transportation and

stay required for all team.

5 Making the plan and deatiled drawings of existing building by taking all necessary measurement, data and

technical details/ drawings fro preparation of hard copy as well as soft copy in autocad as per as per

instructions of engineer in-charge. ( Campus plan area should be measure )

(B) 100 to 200 Sqmt (All floor area seprate) 1 Smt

(C) 200 to 500 Sqmt (All floor area seprate) 1 Smt

6 Uploading and downloading of tenders including preparing comparision sheet with new/old SOR,with 1 Nos

market rate or Quarry base material ,price escalation etc as per instruction of Engineer in charge
