Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm. and under an d 10 to 15 mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement :4 sand), including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour ,machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required ).

Stone filling under floor dry hand packed with hard stone of approved quality consolidated properly with hand or mechanical hammer to required levela s per HP. PWD specification 1990 Volume-1 including carriage of materials, labour tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed & vibrated 1: cement : 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth, , including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement , including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 50 mm thick.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws as per HP.PWD specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all iincidential charges.The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government. Distempering (one coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufature and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease dirt loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing every subsequent coat of distempering with oil bound washable distempering of approved brand and manufacture. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its eqivalant on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foeign matter etc. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat (excluding primer coat) on previously painted steel and othermetal surface with enamel paint brushing to give and even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. With enanel paint other than white

Providing every subsequent coat on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give and even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter with enamel other than white including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat (excluding primer coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give and even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. With enanel paint other than white.
