Supply, laying and testing, high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) 90 mm internal dia., of pressure rating 6 Kgf/Sqcm with all fittings such as Tee, bends, elbows, sockets, reducer, tee union etc laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 50mm dia sluice valve of cast iron body, PN-1.6, with both ends flanged, drilled at both the ends, conforming to IS-780, having gunmetal spindle with iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket champion-20, 3mm thick sheet complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning double flanged 50mm dia. cast iron swing check type reflux (Non Return) valve single door pattern conforming to IS 5312 (Part-I)-1969, duly drilled holes for fixing nuts and bolts including rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning submersible pump starter in sheet enclosure type MU-G15 Fully automatic Star Delta Starter, Motor rating AC-3 Duty, 415V, 50 HZ, 3 phase, Relay max range 13-22 Amps for 15 HP Motor of L&T Cat Part No CS94091 or equivalent in Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F submersible cable PVC insulated sheathed 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor flat 3 core x 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms of excavated hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for construction of fly ash brick masonry valve chamber of size 900X900X900mm, cement concrete in 1:4:8 type D2 foundation and 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick wall inside and brick chamber built in cement mortar 1:6 including providing of MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron brackets grouted to brick wall duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer with lifting handle and locking arrangement etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard-standing by trenches technology using ultra sounding technique and necesssary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
