Dismantaling of main fire fighting pump motor set from its existing foundation & repairing and servicing of electric driven pump motor 2280 LPM 70 mtr head DSM type pump i/c alignment of pump and replacement of pump accessories mechanical seal, bronze impeller, shaft sleevs packing nut bolt etc as required and 3 phase motor repairing / replacement of worn out shaft & bushes where ever required complete as per site condition.

Dismantaling of pressurisation pump set from its existing foundation & repairing and servicing of electric driven motor 180 LPM 70 mtr head i/c pump alignment and replacement of pump accessories mechanical seal, bronze impeller,shaft sleevs packing nut bolt etc as required and 3 phase motor repairing / replacement of worn out shaft & bushes where ever required complete as per site condition.

Carrying of B check servicing Diesel Engine driven pump sets 2280 LPM 70 mtr head DSM type pump i/c replacement of defective accessories like thermostat valve, ksealent , oil spray nozzle , piston ring set, liner , piston assly, fuel pipe, valve seat set, cyl. head gasket, lub oil supply pipe, O ring, V built, oil seal, fuel & air filter element, K-oil etc. i/c repairing of cylinder head fuel injection pump, radiator clearing, TC calibration, pump servicing and pump alignment, replacement of mechanical seal of pump accessories and alignment of pump etc. complete as per site condition i/c providing of 02 nos 12 volt battery.

Repairing and replacement of defective/worn-out switchgears and accessories in the existing fire fighting electrical panel, main fire pump, jockey pump and engine start panel, battery charcher i/c rewiring / control wiring of suitable size FRLS copper conductor wire complete as per site condition

Providing & fixing of pressure switch in M.S. pipe lineincluding connection etc. as required.

Repairing and servicing of existing first aid hose reel, wall mounting swinging type complete with drum & bracket of MS construction, spray painted in Post office Red, confirming to IS 884/1995 with upto date amendments complete as required

Replacement of existing damage hose reel pipe in existing hose reel drum with thermoplastic hose pipe type-II, 30 mtr. Long, dia 20mm ISI marked IS : 12585 i/e removing old leak pipe from existing hose reel drum etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 mm dia, 15 m long RRL hose pipe with 63 mm dia male and female couplings stainless steel duly bound with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS 636 (type-A) as required :

Repairs of existing fire fighting underground pipe line by providing, laying, testing & commissioning of following size 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe 100 mm dia conforming to IS 1239/Part - I/1974 and Part - II / 1979 with upto date amendments, of including fittings like MS elbow flange accessories high pressure rubber insertions nuts and bolts, etc, in ground with single coat of 4 mm thick anti corrosive pipe treatment as per IS 10221 ,including excavation / cutting the RCC (up to existing line) manuaily or using RCC Breaker / drill machine i/c pipe accessories etc.complete as required.

Supplying and fixing Single headed external yard hydrant valve with 1 No. 63 mm dia instantaneous FM Gunmetal/Stainless Steel coupling and cast iron wheel, ISI marked,conforming to IS 5290 (type A) with blank Stainless Steel cap and chain as required.

Dismantaling of fire fighting terrace pump set from the existing base frame i/c disconnecting the electrical connections and suction / delivery pipe lines by cutting the rusted nuts bolts and repairing and servicing electric motor driven 450 LPM 35 mt head pump i/c replacement of pump accessories mechanical seal, bronze impeller,shaft sleevs packing nut bolt etc as required and 3 phase motor repairing / replacement of worn out shaft & bushes where ever required complete as required.

Repairing and replacement of defective/worn-out switchgears and accessories in the existing fire fighting electrical panel, including replace / repair of volt meter, amp meter,current trasformer and cotactor,relay, timer etc as required with rewiring of control wiring of suitable size FRLS copper conductor wire, i/c testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of ABS shut off nozzle for existing hose reel pipe as required.

Providing & fixing of stainless steel internal hydrant coupling for single headed hydrant valve.

Painting (two or more coats) of existing fire fighting pipe line upto 100 mm dia with primer & PO red paint of approved shed complete as required:

Supplying and fixing air vessel made of 250 mm dia, 8 mm thick MS sheet, 1200 mm in height with air release valve on top and flanged connection to riser, drain arrangement with 25 mm dia gun metal wheel valve with required accessories, pressure gauge and paintingwith synthetic enamel paint of approved shade as required.

Renewing glass panes of thiknees 4 mm with putty and nails wherever necessaryincluding racking out the old putty:

Fire Alarm System

Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire alarm armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having XLPE insulation, steel wire armouring & FRLS outer sheath complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of ceiling/wall mounted loud speaker, 3/1.5 Watt in ABS enclosure complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of manual call box of ABS type in surface/recess with stainless steel chain & hammer assembly complete with glass and push button etc. as required.

S/F of fire extinguishers ABC type 6 kg capacity (ISI maked IS:2878 & TAC approved) complete with initial charge & wall bracket, alongwith supply of all material and labour for proper completion of work.

S/F of fire extinguishers Co2 type 4.50 kg capacity (ISI maked IS:2878 & TAC approved) complete with initial charge & wall bracket, alongwith supply of all material and labour for proper completion of work.
