Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering including ridges and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for reuse in the work complete as directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets/snap grid frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium Anodised snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm frame work for ceiling with aluminium tee section of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm thick and aluminium angle section of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm thick, for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. S & F in repairs 24 mm outer dia, stainless steel, curtain rail/rod, heavy duty, minimum 1mm wall thick including brackets, side holder and rings etc fixed to /wall etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Stainless steel decorative finials and stainless steel brackets shall be provided for each leangth of curtain rail/rod and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit quoated rate. (ii) Length of of curtain rail/rod shall only be measured for payments)
