The flat iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 76.1 mm OD (horizontal) and 2 Nos. 76.1 mm OD (Vertical) steel tube posts { as per IS : 1161 - 1979, Medium Class } duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600 mm x 600 mm x 750 mm , 750 mm below ground level.
