To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 3.2(b)satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one Similar nature of Construction/Renovation of Building work of value not less than Rs.87.02 lakhs

The Tenderer should have executed in any one financial year in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 3.2c the following minimum quantities of work 1.Flooring-1732.00 m2 2.Painting-11560.00 m2 3.Plastering -542.00 m2 , 4.TMT-3.11 Tonne, 5.PCC/RCC-39.50 m3 work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer.

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works & should have executed similar electrical work totaling Rs. 21.84 lakhs usually not less than 50 percent of the electrical works in any one year

Statement indicating the A.Existing commitments and ongoing works, B.Details of works for which tenders are already submitted. The statements should furnished as per statement 1.5 A,B of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, 3.2a achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.348.07 Lakhs, (in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only) Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number

Each tenderer should further demonstrate:3.3(b) liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs.52.21 Lakhs (Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,

EMD for Rs. 100000.00 shall be paid through KARNATAKA PUBLIC procurement PORTAL (KPPP) and the Balance of Rs.1.611 lakhs by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/ Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP. The bidder has to submit the uploaded original Bank guarantee or other documents which described above before entering the agreement if awarded.

The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class III and above Registration

The contractor should obtain permission from the concerned officer to carry out the work and shall carry out the work without any disturbence to the daily work of the office
