Excavation of trench in all kinds of soils Kilometre including soft rocky area and clearing of roots of trees, rocks, bushes, ballast & reconditioning etc., including bailing out water and disposal of extra soil including back filling with excavated earth and ramming of trenches after cable laying for the following depths and widths as specified in Technical Circular No. 2 of 1988 & 01/2010 issued by CSTE/SER or any other latest guidelines. Note: In case, trenches are other than prescribed depth & width, Proportionate payment shall be released. (i) Depth 1.0 meter, Width 0.3 meter.

Laying of S&T Cables (Signal/Quad/Power) in Kilometre the excavated trench to Drawing No. CON/SK/T/5 or latest. Supply and transportation of 'U' clamps, anchoring of cable at every 10 metres interval with 'U' clamp on trench to Drawing No. CSTE/CON /CABLES/81 or latest. Supply, transportation, and placing of cable demarcating led belt to Drawing No. CON/SK/T/6 or latest punched at an interval of 30 metres and wrapped round each cable throughout the cable route and also at every track/Road/ platform crossing as above specified in Technical Circular No. 2/1988 & 01/2010 issued by CSTE/SER or as per latest guidelines and guarding the cables. Collecting empty drums with left over cable and to be returned to the stores of stock holder. Note: Cables will be meggered before & after its laying by contractor under supervision of Railway representative & Contractor will submit their reports.

Laying of OFC/ Power cable/ CAT-6 cable/ PA Metre Cable/ Data cable and all the other types of telecom cable through HDPE pipe/casing- capping/false ceiling with laying/fixing of HDPEpipe/casing capping/PVC pipefor connecting/ interfacing various components and system integration. All materials for jointing and termination of power cable/CAT- 6 cable as per site requirement are to be supplied by contractor. This item also includes supply of RJ-45 connector with cap for terminating CAT-6 cable and (This includes releasing of existing cables, display boards if any as per the instruction of representative of Sr. DSTE/CKP at site).

Transportation and Laying of HDPE pipe as Kilometre per approved cable route plan in the excavated trench, taking due care while transporting and laying the same in the trenches or other protective works or any other places as advised by site engineer. Both the end of duct should be sealed with end plugs before laying and should.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Numbers single line double faced Platform Display boards for displaying information of single train as per RDSO Spec No: RDSO/SPN/TC/108/2019, Ver 1.0 or latest. This also includes supply of all other materials required for installation such as clamp, hanger, angles etc.

Splicing of Optical Fiber Core and routing in CORE joint closure/FDMS as per instruction of site Engineer.

Installation of Single Maintenance Free Earth Set pit as per RDSO Drawing No. SDO / RDSO/ E&B/001 which includes the following, a) Digging/ Auguring/ Boring of single earth pit of 100mm to 125mm dia. to the depth of approx. 3 meter. b) Insertion of 3.0 meter electrode and penetrating it minimum 150 mm by pushing gently with sledge hammer where the natural soil is assumed. (c) Filling of earth pit with Earth Enhancement Compound (EEC) in slurry form and backfilling. (d) Carrying out exothermic weld connection on single earth electrode to a copper tape of 200 x 25 x 6 mm. (e) Carrying out exothermic weld connection on the copper tape of 200 x 25 x 6 mm on Earth Electrode for connecting two 35 Sq. mm cables for redundancy. (f) The exothermic welding material for bonding the earth system shall be procured from RDSO approved firms, which includes graphite modules, clamps, weld metal powders etc. (g) The dimension of the chamber will be of 300 x 300 x 300 mm (inside dimension) of RCC with 50mm thick and fine finish, Inspection chamber should be as per IEC 62561-5 or latest. The top RCC cover size shall be 400 mm X 400 mm X 50mm. Cutting of concrete platform to a depth of Metre 200 mm and width of 100 mm to lay DATA cable and power cable through DWC pipe of 63/50mm dia, Contractor has tore dress the cutting place into its original position without destroying the beauty after cable laying, This includes pedestal cutting and redress into its original position after cable laying wherever required, This includes supply of DWC pipe of 63/50mm dia, IS: 14930, Pt.-IImark. Inspection of all materials will be done by consignee before use. Note:Multiple data cable, Power cable or any other telecom cable will be layed through DWC pipe as per Railway's requirement in same cost as per the instruction of representative of Sr.DSTE/CKP at site.

Transportation and fixing of PVC Conduit Metre pipe/channel/casing caping on wall or structure with drawls of Telecom/Power/Data cable with proper finishing. This includes supply of fixing materials including flexible pipe/bend etc. as required during course of execution. Total 1847947.47
