OW REPAIRS TO SCULPTURE SHED AT ANUPU, DISTRICT PALNADU, ANDHRA PRADESH

Fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre, centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc., wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as directed by site in-charge.

Careful dismantling and removal of Asbestos cement roofing sheet over roof including ridges, hips, valleys and boarding but excluding timber and stacking for reuse including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST, and all other applicable taxes etc., complete.as directed by site in-charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metre lead etc., complete as directed by site in-charge.

Multipurpose cement board reinforced with suitable fibre cement screw to cover the truss area for installation Roofing shingles including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST, and all other applicable taxes etc., complete.as directed by site in-charge..

Roofing shingles(Material: SBS modified bitumen+copper coated ceramic basalt granules) including supplying, laying and fixing with Gum etc., complete as directed by the site incharge.

Purlins (3''x1 1/2'', 16 guage, @100cm c/c, rafter in between the existing truss (129 rmt) It includes transportation charges etc., complete as directed by the site incharge.

Purlins(1 1/2''x 1'', 16 guage, @60cm c/c purlins (294.40 rmt) Including transportation charges etc., complete as directed by the site incharge.

Labour charges for truss work and(Fabrication works) and fibre cement board installation including applying one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint for the truss.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST, and all other applicable taxes etc., complete.as directed by site in-charge.
