Annual maintenance of Tahasil Office building at Hatadihi for the year 2026-27

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50 m lead

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Earthwork in ordinary soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods upto 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc. complete.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal in Foundation and Plinth.

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard granite chips

Dismantling and removing doors, windows & ventilators including removal of frame,hinges,fastenings and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Supplying and fixing MS doors and windows including cost conveyance taxes etc. complete.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised Tsection No.3215 with 2'-0" center to center, Lsection No.1705 up to 15 micronon on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc complete.

Providing fitting fixing of AI door with OEL anodized AI door section of 9202 as vertical member 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 6mm plin glass in top portion with 12mm thick pre laminated board in bottom portion fixed etc. complete (S/R Page 243, item No. 10)
