E/W in excavation of Trench by manual means with proper disposal of excavated earth upto 1m from cutting edge in all kinds of soil. The Trench shall be of size 40 feet in length, 1.5 feet in depth and 2 feet in width.

Dismantling of old worn out 350mm dia MS pipes by way of cutting of rusted nuts and bolts of the flanged using oxy acetylene gas welding equipment.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 350mm dia, 5.6 mm thick, ERW MS pipe by means of cutting, arc welding using superior class welding electrodes. The pipes shall be provided in standard length of 6 meter and shall be fitted on delivery side of the pumping unit. The pipes are to be laid as per site requirement and all tools, tackles, skilled technician required for completion of the Job shall be provided by the firm. The Job also includes providing of offsets, cutting and welding of the pipes as per requirement using oxy acetylene gas torch. The pipes provided shall also be coated with two coates of red oxide paint and one coat of enamel paint.

Providing and fitting of 350mm nominal dia MS flanges for fabrication of flanged pipe ends. The flanges shall be as per IS specified and 12mm thick. The flanges shall be fitted on the pipes using superior class welding electrodes and leak proof welding. The Job is to be carried out by highly skilled technician .Job includes all tools and tackles required for completion of the Job.

Providing and fitting of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints

Providing and laying in position of concrete for saddle blocks for supporting the MS pipes including the cost of shuttering. The saddle blocks laid should be of 1:3:6 mix. The size of the saddle blocks shall be 1.5 feet x 1.5 feet x 2 feet

Repairs to 350mm dia rising main at various leaking spots by way of gas cutting of the worn out portion of the MS pipes usng oxy acetylene gas cutting equipment and then providing and fitting of new MS strips of size 1 feet x 1 feet (thickness 4mm)using electric arc welding.The Job includes all tools, tackles, skilled technician required for completion of the Job.
