Sweeping and Cleaning of Storied Building of Office Complex in Vrindavan Yojna No 2 Sector-9B Lucknow

Sweeping, cleaning and maintaning the office with following works. (i) Sweeping and cleaning twice in a day (first upto 9.30am and second between (1pm to 3pm) floor of all rooms. The work includes dusting of all furniture like tables, Chairs, Sofa, Side Racks, Partition walls, Computer Sets, Fax Machines, Photo Copy Machine, Cabin Glass. (ii)Same as item no.-1 but for Gallery , lift, Corridor & Stair Case etc. complete also including stair case Railing, Balconey railing and Sweeping & cleaning shall be done 4 times in a day to maintain cleaning of all floors. (iii) Sweeping and cleaning twice in a day of general toilet (ladies & gents toilet) including W.C. Urinals, Wash hand basin, Flushing cistern and its fittings, Floors toilets galleries etc complete including providing odonil, Acid, Phenyle, Nepthelen ball, Liquid Detol Soap. (iv) Spraying Baygon/flit and other insecticides in the cabin, lower portion of the table top, corner etc. in the evening or before closing the office, including cost of labour material T&P etc complete to the entire satisfaction of E/I. (Four time in a month) (v) Cleaning of glasses of window/glazed partition door and Aluminum glazing with liquid soa, Lyzol & Colin etc to the entire satisfaction of E/I at least once in a month.

Brooming of whole campus everyday upto 9.00am and cleaning of drain, lawn & disposal of waste material as per direction of E/I. NOTE : 1. Minimum manpower of atleast 14 person per day for eight hours should be deployed for this work. In case additional manpower (over the minimum nos. prescribed) is required due to special occasion. The agency shall have to deploy the same as per direction of E/I. However the payments for this shall be done @ Rs. 335.00 per person per day for eight hours working. (SOR-2020 Lucknow) 2. G.S.T. & Labour cess shall be paid extra.
