Sch 'A' Sec- IX (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Notes:- (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. (ii) Excavation & earth work except for the items which categorically includes for same shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION S&F wall mounted decorative box type tube light fitting suitable for T8 tube , double side connection including LED polycarbonate tube T8, 1x20W, input operating voltage range 120-270V, CCT-6500K, view angle 120(Min),operating temprature -10 to 50 degree centigrade, PF more than 0.90, luminous flux efficacy equal/ greater than 120 lumens per watt, CRI equal/ greater than 75,THD equal/ less than15%,free of glare along with integrated driver with metal heat sink complete and connecting to the point wiring with necessary flexible copper conductor of multistrand two core 1.0 sqmm of suitable length from fitting to the ceiling rose.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Construction of RCC on site Hume pipe Septic tank deigned to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shafts, connection etc complete for 10 users.

Construction of Soakage well, excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate , walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of 25mm concrete,RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC filled with brick bats of size 1.20m internal dia X 3.00 m effective depth complete all as per drawing No. CEJZ/TD/29 sheet 1/3 to 3/3.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM S&F monoblock pump set of suitable capacity with 415V, 3 Phase, 1420 RPM induction motor having discharge 13.2 LPS and head of 18 metres complete all as specified and directed.( 1 working + 1 standby)

S&F foot valve with 80 mm bore, heavy duty ball foot valve consisting of synthetic rubber coated reinforced ball CI body flanged and drilled of size 80mm including nuts, bolts complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F trailer mounted fire fighting pump as per IS 12717:1989 comprising of the following: i) 4 cylinder, 4 stroke water cooled naturally aspirated diesel engine of suitable capacity having discharge 1100-1600 LPM at 7kg/cm2. ii) Single stage centrifugal pump of capacity 1100 - 1600 LPM having gunmetal casting, leaded tin bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft to ensure a minimum pressure of 7 Kg/cm2. iii) Automatic self priming system capable of lifting water from minimum 7 metre suction height iv) Fabricated MS trailer having two wheels, two stands and suitable towing arrangement. The size of trailer not less than L-2800mm x W -1600 mm x H-1500 mm incl Stabilizer jacks. v) Fuel tank having 65 litre capacity sufficient to run at rated capacity for not less than 4.5 hours vi) 100 mm single suction inlet with british standards round threads and 2 Nos delivery outlets fitted with 63 mm instantaneous couplings. (vii) Easy push button type electric start and emergency stop (viii) Completely illuminated control panel & flood lamp for night operation. (ix) Adequate ground clearance to tackle speed breakers, flooded road and independent suspension for improved handling and suitable hook for towing by any type of vehicle. Note: Supply includes:- i) Two length of 4.5 Metre each of 100 mm rubber armoured suction hose banded with stainless steel/ GM couplings alongwith one pair of suction wrenches. Ii) One No 100mm metal strainer iii) One No basket strainer with canvas skirt iv) One Battery 12V, 150 AH v) Engine oil 7 litres
