PHASE – II: SCHEDULE "A" PART – XVI: MAINTENANCE OF ARBORICULTURE WORKS DURING DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD OF WORK UNDER PHASE – I Maintenance of Arboriculture as provided under Serial Item No. 37 to 48 of BoQ by weeding, hosing, saucer melding once in every 15 days, planting new plants / grass in place of dead plants / grass of same species and height with out any extra cost to the department and as directed complete for the period of maintenance period of 12 Months complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for all labour, materials, tools & plants and regular watering, using sprinklers, including supply and spreading / spraying organic manure, chemical fertilisers, pesticides to the required extent complete all as specified.

Phase-III : Schedule 'A' Part -XVII COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE: Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passengers lift of capacity 13 passengers lift of capacity 884 Kgs for G+6 floors building) all as mentioned vide Serial Item No. 69 of BOQ complete all specified in PS and as directed for First Year after expiry of Defects Liability Period for 2 Nos of lifts Note: [a] Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts and consumables like topping of gear oil/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above lifts. [b] Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in particular specifications and as recommended by Engineer-in-charge and lubrication to all moving parts ,topping parts, topping up of oils as per lubrication chart including Material and Labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts [c] Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, control circuits and mechanical components including materials & labor for all minor & major spare parts and consumables of the lift that may occur during the operation. [d] Fortnightly, quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor. [e] Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the lift for whose repairs were carried out as and when directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Phase-III : Schedule 'A' Part- XVIII COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE: Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passengers lift of capacity 08 passengers lift of capacity 554 Kgs for G+6 floors building) all as mentioned vide Serial Item No. 70 of BOQ complete all specified in PS and as directed for First Year after expiry of Defects Liability Period for 2 Nos of lifts. Note: same as notes of SL item No.73 above.

PHASE –IV: SCHEDULE "A" PART –XIX: SECOND YEAR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF 13 PASSENGERS LIFT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT AS PER SERIAL ITEM No.69 OF THIS BOQ / SCHEDULE "A" PART – Part-XV for Second Year after successful complrtion of first year comprehensive maintenance Period for 2 Nos of lifts. All as per Serial Item No. 73 above but for Second Year after expiry of Defects Liability Period

PHASE –IV: SCHEDULE "A" PART – Part-XX: SECOND YEAR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF 08 PASSENGERS LIFT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT AS PER SERIAL ITEM No.70 OF THIS BOQ / SCHEDULE "A" Part-XV for Second Year after successful complrtion of first year comprehensive maintenance Period for 2 Nos of lifts. All as per Serial Item No. 73 above but for Second Year after successful complrtion of first year comprehensive maintenance Period.
