Providing Multi trade labours for attending all the maintenance works such as sweeping,cleaning sewage, water supply arrangements, watch and ward the Board' s properities round the Block etc.,complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Electrician on contract basis for attending the minor electrical repair works such as removing and replacing the worn out switches, sockets, wires, fuse unit etc., and as directed by the departmental officers.

Engaging labour for watchman 132 TNGRHS flats at Kumbakonam

Providing Watchman on contract basis for watching and ward the departmental materials & machineries and Board's properties, Watching the vacant sealed flats etc., and as directed by the departmental officers.
