Providing 1 no of Patient Transport Ambulance (Type-B) Force T1 3350 or equivalent vehicle on 500Kms/month, 24 hours basis of model 2022 & above with driver, fuel and lubricants (POL) on hire basis for KPCL Ambikanagar

The prospective Bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor at least one similar type of work such as providing vehicle/s for a period of atleast one year(in a single work order) of value not less than Rs. 1.827 Lakhs in any reputed Industry/PSU/Government organization/Institutes in the preceding five years (i.e 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). In proof, Bidder shall furnish copy of Work Order and corresponding Work done certificate/satisfactory performance report issued by the competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer) with reference to the previous similar work done by the contractor. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2025-26).

The bidder in his name should have in the following five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years an average annual turnover of Rs. 3.65 Lakhs and shall furnish copies of Profit & loss statements and Audited Balance sheets duly certified by the chartered accountant (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2025-26)
