Dismantling of 40 metre height BSNL Ground base Tower (Narrow base ) (consisting , angles, channels, tees, flats, gusset plates, ladders, horizontal and vertical cable tray, antenna fixtures, nuts & bolts including washers, etc.), including dismembering, lowering the same on the ground carefully without damaging the tower members or building situated there and packing the nuts and bolts in sacks properly, sorting and stacking all the dismantled members/items within a lead of 50 metre as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
All kinds of soil
Open timbering in case of shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes and the like including strutting and shoring complete (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered):
Depth exceeding 1.5 m
Depth exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.00 m
Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

Drilling, punching and enlarging holes of required diameter of galvanised steel tower members (any thickness) by machine driling and grinding including mending good and fishing complete as per the site requirement and direction of E-in-C.
Labour charges for fixing of anchor bolts 32mm dia (or any other dia as per design requirement of department) 8 nos. in each of 4 no. column pedestals of tower along wih template, totalling 32 nos. anchor bolts all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying at site galvanised steel tower materials, [MISSING / UNAVAILABLE MEMBERS ONLY] with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/Sqm (approximately 85 micron), members may be consisting of either angles, flats, base plates, gusset plates, ladders, connecting plates, climbing ladders, bolts & nuts, washers fabricated as specially instructed and as per approved drawings and specifications for erection of equivelent tower. The galvanising shall be as per IS: 4759. The structural steel for tower shall confirm to IS: 2062 and fabrication shall be as per IS: 4757. The structural steel section shall be procured from the main producers like SAIL, RINL, TISCO. In case, structural steel sections from secondary producers are permitted, the same shall be restricted only from secondary producers of repute such as PARAS, SRMB,BABA or having valid BIS certification and POWER GRID approved conforming to all relevent IS specifications and as approved by the Engineer-in Charge. (The rate includes for all operations as above including carriage of all galvanised steel materials from source of procurement to the site of work). Note:- 1 All steel materials shall be made from M.S. high density structural members like angles, flats, round/ square bars, tees, channels, gusset plates, joints, rivets, G.I. Pipes, bolts & nuts, washers etc. Nothing extra shall be payable for special fabrication, erection and fixing of the above steel built up section in position at any height of the tower or any building by bolts and nuts or by site welding. Painting two or more coats with hi gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour (white and orange) over one coat of ETCH primer ( BISON WASH PRIMER OR APPROVED EQUVALENT ) and second coat of BISON HB ZINC phosphate primer ( or Zinc cromate primer) or approved equivalent of approved brand as per recommendation of international Civil Aviation rules in 40 M galvanised structural steel tower. [Rate shall include painting of tower , platform, antenna mount, ladder, vertical tray, horizontal tray, post etc].
Labour for hoisting, fixing and erection of 40 M high tower as per departmental drawing and design with all its necessary components viz. climbing ladder, platform with railing and fixing with bolts nuts and spring washer, necessary welding etc. wherever required complete in all respect as per the direction of E-in-C. [The rate shall include the cost of all operations involved in hoisting and errection of tower including hire and labour charges of all tools, plants and mechinaries, insurance premium of labour etc. and nathing shall be payable extra].

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.
New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)
Providing & fixing 2.00 mm thick PVC Antistatic Flooring on a ,damproof (cement concrete) surface using rubber based addhesive of approved quality & manufacturer like Dunlop,S-958, Fevicol SR - 998 or equuivalent inclluding rolling with 5 kg wooden roller all complete as directed by Engineer in charge in approved colour & shade.
Providng & fixing copper strip of size 40.0 X 0.20 mm laying two nos along & two nos across wise extending .15 mtr. On wall suraface with suitable adhesive , rivet etc.before laying antistatic flooring as per direction of Engineer in char.ge
Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
Refixing old cabletary at new BTS room whereever required fitting fixing all etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Rate include all material & labour charge for fixing 10.00 mtr cable tray of steel welded built up section.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :
Two or more coats on new work.
Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with jamuna sand, including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.
Carriage of dismantled tower materials including cable tray available for BTS room by head load from dismanteled Tower site at farakka ntpc platn exsisting location to new locfation where the tower to be errected at same compound , including loading unloading sorting and stacking the members properly all etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.[The rate shall include loading , unloading and stacking at site for one time and transportation by road only].
Extra for laying concrete in or under water and/or liquid mud including cost of pumping or bailing out water and removing slush etc.,complete. Note for item No. SR Code 4.15 :- The quantity will be calculated by multiplying the depth measured from the sub-soil water level up to centre ofsub-soil water level with quantity of concrete in cum executed under sub-soil water. The depth of centre of gravity shall be reckoned correct to under 0.1m. 0.05m or more shall be taken as 0.1m and less than 0.05m ignored.
Refixing the Aluminium Door at new BTS room fitting fixing all etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.(Material to be kept after dismantling under full responsibility & custodian of concern agency who will execute the work any damage or missing member should be suplied by the concern agency & no extra payment to be made for that).
Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation leveling and dressing and finishing the top smooth.
Neat cement punning
Brick edging in full brick width and half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres.
With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5
Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 5 km, also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., complete.
