Dismantling of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and depositing the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks burnt, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (Except Bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified. (Note- The serviceable bricks obtained from Serial item No- 01 Shall be used after removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, etc.)

Taking down wooden chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Square metre and not exceeding 4.00 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in fixing of hold fasts, copings, bed plates,kerbs or mud stops, lintels upto 1.50m span, plinth courses , seismic, levelling course and other bands and the like, finished the surface fair and even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note- If reinforced concrete, reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing for mild steel framed work as in door chowkats /gate of angle or other section of grade Fe-290-Gde E-165 with gusset plate rails, braces etc welded/drilled to fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for sliding or hanging with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified.

S&F 0.80 mm thick mild steel plain black sheeting as in covering to door shut ters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing mild steel works in bands, straps, supports, stays, bolts, hooks, hold fasts etc, similar articles conforming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made box type mild steel ventilators, fixed type, with glazing bars , complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing steel window box type using ERW hollow 'P' section comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed Skelton shutter 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on CECZ Chandigarh drawing No.. TD-219(c) sheet 1/3 to 3/3 and TD-220(c) sheet 1/3 to 3/3 as applicable complete. Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill 10 mm square bar irrespective of whatever shown on drawing. (iii) Glazing, wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing factory made PVC hollow door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extended 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet cut at corner and jointed with 02 Nos., 150 mm long brackets of size 15 mm x 15 mm mild steel square tubes 19 gauge including vertical door profiles reinforced with 19 mm x 19 mm steel square tube of 19 gauge (EPDM) rubber gasket weather seal provided through out the frame and fixing to wall with 65/100 mm long mild steel screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners (minimum of 04 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical number and minimum 02 Nos. for horizontal member), complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing factory made 30 mm PVC rigid foam panel door shutter made from mild steel tubular frame made of MS tube of 19 gauge thickness and of size 19 mm x 19 mm for stiles and 15 mm x 15 mm for top and bottom rails and covered with 5 mm thick head moulded PVC channel having width of 50 mm to form stiles and PVC street of width 75 mm to form rock rail, bottom rail and top rail or either side having panels inserted with 5 mm thick PVC sheet sealed with solvent cement adhesive to the stiles and rails with 5 mm x 25 mm PVC sheet beading on either side including three Nos. aluminium hinges for each door complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 250 mm mild steel sliding door bolt, ISI marked, stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple, complete all as specified.

Repairing of aluminium door of any description area not exceeding 2.50 Square metre each by adjusting floor spring, replacing cover of floor spring and screws etc. including labour for replacement of floor spring, rubber packing, glass pan, bottom panel etc., complete all as specified. Note : Floor spring, glass pane, rubber packing, dead lock, handle panel of any type etc. will be measured and paid separately.

Hacking out old broken glasses area n. exc 1.5 sqm, any thickness and in any position from wooden or metal frames fixed with oil putty or beads etc and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed for sheet glass 4mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty, in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm each pane and glazing with oil putty to steel window and with wooden beads to wooden shutters, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished fair and even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for Premium quality, glazed coloured ceramic tiles 600 x 300 x 7mm thick on vertical faces including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:3) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match ,complete all as specified.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, 400 x 400 x 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, 400 x 400 x 7 to 8 mm thick as in skirting, including 10 mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:3) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match ,complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons, etc. removing the rubbish outside the defence land ,complete all as specified.

M&L PCC in sub base, foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick (of size not less than (55 cm x 55 cm) laid in floor, jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base , complete all as specified.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 14-16 mm thick laid on verticle surface, jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) but as in skirting over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 50mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/PCC path, and paving, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, joint filled with bitumen and sand mixture applied hot (area not exceeding 1.20 sqm ) , complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster over and including 10mm thick base rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed withWPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls,pillars cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing,scraping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and effloroscent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash on the walls pillars,cornicess etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall, complete all as specified.

M&L for preperation of old decorated plastered or unplastered suraces of walls of over head tanks/bldgs by complete brooming down with steel wire brushing,scraping down smoke and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer over newly plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing (in repairs) vitreous China coloured squatting pan of Orissa pattern size 580mmx440mm white (Ist quality) with ‘P’ or ’S’ trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rests of any pattern complete including making good to floor surface with the existing surface and connection to flush pipe complete all as specified.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement & sand slurry 1:3.

Material and labour for providing 3 mm thick APP(Atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished, reinforced with Non-woven polyster matt make as approved over roof consisting of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25º C temperature and viscocity 70-160 Cps. over the primer coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @1.2 ltr /kg, the layer membrane shall be using butane torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufactuter's instructions all as specified and directed. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under:- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 25º C as 650/450 N/5 Cms. (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N/5 Cms. Softening point of membrane not less than 150º C cold flexiblility up to 20º when tested in accordance with ASTM (D-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicator only.

Material and labour 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed and flush pointed in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete design Mix M-25 as in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 8-10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (50% grey and 50% coloured) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 50 mm sand cushion all as directed.
