All parts shall be measured and paid seperately here-in-after. Maintanance/servicing shall be carried out by OEM maint engineer only & proper setting of O/L, running, starting / stopping, ramping time with proper measurememnt of each & every set of starter. M&L for rewinding of autotransformer unit of A/T starter complete with winding wire of super enamelled Impregnated copper wire of existing size and type complete with empire tape, glass tape, impregnated paper, bamboo Chips etc & transporting from panel place to wksp and back, reconnection after completion and testing of load, for 150 HP PUMP ,all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for electrical disconnection of submersible pump for taking out existing column pipe of size 32 to 80 mm along with pump set 1 to 10 HP from borewell with essential tools like tripod, chain, pully, etc and manpower & replacement of unserviceable parts of column pipe, motor, pump etc as per requirement, spare parts and column pipe shall be measured and paid seperately, lowering of submersible pumping set with column pipe complete and testing after completion of work all as directed by Einr-in-Charge. Note: i) Repair of pump and motor will be paid and measured seperately under respective items. ii) Minor items such as rubber packing, gaskets, grease etc deemed to be included.

M&L for repair /servicing of submersible pump set, strip opening multi stage submersible pumpset of capacity 1 to 1.5HP. Replacement of unsv parts & reassembling the same, testing after completion of of job & spare parts shall be measured & paid seperately here-in-after. Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rewinding of submersible electric motors transporting from site to repair shop and repair shop to site, dismantling, stripping out and removing old burnt winding wire, cleaning of slots etc. Rewinding complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge including all necessary insulation material class-I, varnishing and heating as per requirment. Re-installing in position, assembling at site, realigning with pump set, coupling with pump, making electric connection all as direcred and testing for smooth functioning for following capacity (a) 1/1.5 HP Single phase.

M&L for repair of submersible pump set, strip opening multi stage submersible pumpset of capacity 5 to 10HP. Replacement of unsv parts & reassembling the same, testing after completion of job & spare parts shall be measured & paid seperately here-in-after. Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for spray painting to outdoor type double door LT panels/feeder pillar box and replacement of door hinges, sliding bolts, cable entry MS sheets, cable glands, pedestal locks, bow handle and connected accessories where required by welding, cutting, drilling etc and incl fixing with MS nuts and bolts and cleaning of panels from inside and outside and removing any faulty part of cable and preparing the cable for connection with suitable Al lugs and insulating with proper colour code PVC tape whereever required and including two coats of spray painting by synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1) Proper shut down will be taken by the authorised rep only. 2) Panel should be made vermin proof and close properly after repair.

Material and labour for shifting of outdoor type double door LT panel/feeder pillar box to a location indicated by EIC by removing the panel from ground, disconnecting all cable connections and connected accessories and including embedment of panel in ground with proper PCC and reconnecting all the LT cable connections with proper lugs, nut bolts etc where required by welding, cutting, drilling etc and incl fixing with MS nuts and bolts and cleaning of panels from inside and outside and removing any faulty part of cable and preparing the cable for connection with suitable Al lugs and insulating with proper colour code PVC tape whereever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
