Clearing grass and other overgrowth of thick vegetation and small trees of girth up to 30cm including rooting out and removal of rubbish away from the periphery of site with all leads and lifts,etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Bailing out water using diesel engine and pump set upto 10 HP including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, installation and errection of pump set, hire charges, cost of fuel and lubricating oil and other stores, labour charges and all other incidental charges, etc. complete as per the direction of the departmental officers at site.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil (Except hard rock which requires blasting), for removing silt deposited in the bed of the pond and deepening the pond including disposal of excess earth away from the periphery of the site with all leads and lifts without causing any nuisance to the public at contractors own conveyance, etc complete as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse for any thickness of walls of brick, laterite or rubble in cement mortar including disposal of debris away from the periphery of the site with all leads and lifts , labour charges and all other incidental charges, etc. complete as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil (except hard rock which requires blasting) for foundation of protection wall and steps, including disposal of excess earth away from the periphery of the site with all leads and lifts without causing any nuisance to the public, at contractor`s own conveyance , etc. complete as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Dry rubble masonry for foundation and superstructure of protection wall and steps using good quality blasted rubble, packing to compactness to lines and levels with all leads and lifts, labour charges and all other incidental charges, etc. complete as per the directions of departmental officers at site

Dry rubble masonry for foundation and superstructure of retaining wall and steps using departmental rubble, packing to compactness to lines and levels with all leads and lifts, labour charges and all other incidental charges, etc. complete as per the directions of departmental officers at site

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm nominal size hard granite broken stone for intermediate belts of protection walls including cost and conveynce of all materials, labour charges for mixing , laying concrete, consolidating, watering, curing and all other incidental charges, etc. complete but excluding cost of reinforcement as per the directions of departmental officers at site (Cement 3.3 Kg/10dm3)

Providing reinforcement for RCC work bent, tied and placed in position(plain grill requiring bending cold) using tor steel including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and all other incidental charges, etc. complete as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm nominal size hard granite broken stone for top belt of protection wall and wearing coat for steps including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges for mixing, laying concrete, consolidating, watering, curing and all other incidental charges, etc. complete as per the directions of departmental officers at site ( Cement 2.16 kg/10dm3)

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:8 using good quality rubble for parapet wall and pointing the exposed faces of masonry using the same mortar simultaneously during the couse of construction including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and all other incidental charges, etc. complete as per the directions of departmental officers at site. ( Cement 54 kg/m3)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth including cost and conveynace of all materials , labour carges, watering ,curing and all other incidental charges, etc. complete over parapet wall of steps as per the directions of departmental officers at site. (Cement 59 Kg/10m2)
