Dismantling work:

Shell: Dismantling of shell course, retrieving/removing of shell plates, wind girder. Retrieving all existing manholes/nozzles/fittings, in strumentation, side rail etc. by gas cutting/cold cutting as per site condition as directed by EIC. Shifting of all scrap to scrapy ard/designated location as per EIC after taking and recording weight. During the entire shifting job, all safety norms to be followe d.Stiffener arrangement shall be made prior to dismantling seperate payment shall be done for stiffener arrangement. Note: The measurement of dismantling shall be calculated based on actual area of shell plate replaced minus 10% correction for corro sion.Contranctor must submit the visual inspection report which include visual inspection, dimensional measurement and bending/buckl ing measurement of each item/section as directed by EIC/Site engineer. Work include: Shell and its appurtenances etc as directed by EIC/Site Engineer

Bottom: Dismantling of bottom (Annular) plates completely: Dismantling of bottom (Annular) plates, job involves cutting of bottom plate and shell to bottom plate welding, jacking of shell, an d also cutting of annular to Dismantling of bottom (Sketch) plate & Sump: Dismantling of bottom (Sketch) plates by gas cutting and roof to be properly supported and handing over to civil maintenance for tan k bottom foundation repair. Shifting of roof support as and when required to facilitate repair/relaying of foundation. Note: The measurement of dismantling shall be calculated based on actual area laid of complete bottom sketch plate minus 10% corrosi on correction.Contranctor must submit the visual inspection report before the start of dismantling work which include visual inspect ion, dimensional measurement and bending/buckling measurement of each item/section as directed by EIC/Site engineer. Work include: Dismantling of sketch plate, annular plate, repair work where roof leg jacking required,sump etc as directed by EIC/Site Engineer

Cold cutting of tank shell/roof using hydro-jet Abrasive Method

Pipe: Dismantling and removal of sprinkler line, foam line, water drawn off, rain drawn off, product draw off by gas cutting or by grindi ng from shell attached support lowering down the same to ground level with due care ; transporting to as per the direction of the E ngineer-in-Charge and shifting the scrap pipes etc. to scrapyard or any other location within premises and completing the job as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Scope also includes supplying of all types of tools and tackles, lifting arrangements, equipment, machineries, all consumables and l abour etc. to complete the work in all respects including area preparation, taking clearance for hot jobs, blinding and de-blinding, area cleaning after completion of work, arrangement for flushing wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Contrancto r must submit the visual inspection report which include visual inspection, dimensional measurement and bending/buckling measurement of each item/section as directed by EIC/Site engineer before the actual dismantling work. Work include: Dismantling of pipings: PDO/WDO/RDO/sprinkler/Foam/ Spool pieces etc as directed by EIC/Site engineer

Structure dismantling: Removal of existing platforms / pipe supports / davits / stairways etc. along with adjacent fittings / members by cutting / deboltin g or by any other means without damaging the remaining unit and lowering down to the ground, retrieving of all the usable materials and transportation to the storage point as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and complete in all respect with all labour, tools, ta ckles, heavy equipment, consumables and supervision etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Requirement of scaffolding to be envisaged and decided by Engineer-in-Charge as per site requirement and scaffolding item to be paid separately.

equipment: The job involves removal of existing equipment like tank mixer, bypass conductors, ,Foam module, , manholes etc etc along with bas e frame / support plate,etc. unfastening, dismantling and transporting of all types of equipment with all care to avoid any damage to equipment to the scrapyard / main stores / designated place with all connected structural, various fittings, instruments installe d on the equipment. Job also includes supplying of all types of tools, tackles, lifting arrangements, cranes, tractor trolley and eq uipment, machineries all consumables and labour to complete the job in a workmanlike manner, area preparation for hot job and area c leaning after completion of work including blinding, deblinding, removal of insulation, gas cutting of bolts, chipping of foundation , flushing wherever required. All jobs are to be carried out as per the instruction and to the full satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge. Requirement of scaffolding to be envisaged and decided by Engineer-in-Charge as per site requirement and scaffolding item to be paid separately. Work include: Removal of tank mixers, spool pieces, foam module, RGA, valves, flanges, or any item which does not required metal cut ting etc as directed by EIC/Site engineer
