Detailed surveying of the cable route along the alignment fixed by the Board, 2.5 m width from centre of the path on both side (Total width 5 m) by using Ground Pentration Radar Method and Pipe detectors to detect all underground utilities at a minimum depth of 4 m throughout the length including total station survey for the entire line route and recording the data and propose a safest path for cable laying.
Preparation of Final As Built profile drawing for cable route 1 Set containing 6 each prints of hard copies (colour print) and two nos. of soft copy separately (in compact discs) on which one can editable and copyable in a scale of 1:5000 indicating the position of Cable jointing chambers, earthing details , position of cable route marker, landmarks, adjacent underground utilities etc after completing the work and energising for the use as permanent record.
Dismantling bituminous/asphaltic road of any thickness manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including utility detecting by using pipe/cable detectors/scanning instrument.
Dismantling water bound macadam road of any thickness manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including utility detecting by using pipe/cable detectors/scanning instrument.
Demolishing stone rubble masonry in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at all side in the site continuously including shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of workincluding shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).

Construction of cable jointing chamber of inner dimension 7 x1.80 mtr mts and 1.90 mtr depth size and 200mm wall thick in RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm broken stone, covering with RCC slab 200mm thick with PVC pipes fixed on sides for entry of cables, as per specifications including all cost of cement concrete, form work,earth work excavation,back filling and excluding cost of reinforcement, sand, pvc pipe etc complete.

Supplying and Laying 200mm dia HDPE pipe of 1 run of approved quality with coupling, collars etc for crossing roads with HDD Machine including the cost of drilling, pulling and joining the pipe etc as required.
Taking pilot bore and laying of 40 mm PLB pipe in the bore by HDD Method (single run) (excluding supply)
Supplying handling and spreading fine sand in the cable joint chamber forming cushion and cover around the cable including consolidating.
Uncoiling and laying 110kV single core 300 sq mm UG cables for a circuit (4 runs of cables) as per drawing along the already excavated trenches or HDD portion and looping of cable through the various types of pipes already laid including all charges for handling, uncoiling and paving of cable in trenches using standard cable installation equipments after providing all necessary precautions to be followed as per IS specifications carefully without damaging the existing pipe lines, cables, water lines etc and rectifying the damages if any occured to the existing installations and stacking the balance bits safely etc. complete, but excluding cost of excavations, laying pipes, providing holes, back filling etc and cost of all these items made separately.
Uncoiling and laying optical fibre cable of specified type( specification given in Material Supply) through already laid PLB duct by HDD Method beside 110 kV cable including charges for splicing the cable and termination using jointing kits at both substation control panel ends and in between the route lengths where ever necessary.
Carrying out straight cable jointing work(110 KV, 1 x 300 sq.mm cable) with/ without SVL(cross bonding) in clean and dust free atmosphere inside air conditioned tent as specified in the technical specification including all charges for jointing the cables as per standard specifications, assisting the jointing work, cutting the cable, shield earthing, supplying all standard tools plants, suitable arrangement for power supply and other accessories and all other sundry expenditures etc. complete as per directions of departmental officers at site.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing danger board along the cable route as per drawing including all charges for supplying and fixing 210x 298 mm sign board using 18 gauge GI sheet mounted on GI angle 60x60x6 and 2.75 Metre height( including cost of fittings), embedded in cement concrete block 30x30x45 cm of CC 1:3:6 using 20 mm broken stone and all form works, painting both sides of the board and angle iron with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat and lettering 2.5 to 4 cm high etc.. complete as per directions of the departmental officers at site.
Providing , laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density/ standard compaction, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge
Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.
2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively per 100m2 and 52kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per m3 of stone chippings of 13.2mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately)
Laying cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling thejoints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.
