Construction of Jamalpur to Anwa Link road. (Including 05 Years Maintenance)

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 (MORD 3.05 (iii)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-1 and 300.2 with lead up to 1000m as per technical specification clause 301.5 (MORD 3.04)

Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared subgrade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with Rotavator and compacting with the Road Roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density as per MORD specification 401.

Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared subbase, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mix in place with Rotavator and compacting with the Road Roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base / base.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503.

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Case - III : Type C By Mechanical Means (HMP 30/40) (I) Bitumen VG-10

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 (MORD 10.10 (iii) 200 m stone (precast)
