Damp proof course 7.5 Cm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 with 2 coats of bitumen 20/30 penetration at 1.65 Kg per sqm laid hot and sanded

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey up to 4 metres above plinth level.
