M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7-8 mm / 450x350x7mm thick (Concept pattern Tiles) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-Skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floorings finishing the cement concrete surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection, and finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints filled with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C- 1 (40 mm grade aggregate) as in sub base of flooring etc, and finishing the cement concrete surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface by complete removal of existing treatment on wall, washing, rubbing, stopping etc and applying two coats of oil bound washable distemper over a coat of primer including applying two coats of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (ii) Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer)

Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (ii) Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer)

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sqm each but n.exc 4 sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, etc., with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium with powder coating any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50microns) door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed

S&F Anodised aluminium with powder coating any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50microns) window and ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips,rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as as sliding roller, interlock locking system, suitable handle for shutter complete all as specified and directed

S & F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples.

S & F 4.0 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ aluminium/ wooden beading in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass,glazing with oil putty and glazing clips in metal/ wooden frame with second class hard wood beading/ aluminum beading in frames in squares exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed

S&F 12 mm thick, Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination fixed with screws to timber/metal frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping of unsound /weak concrete materials from slabs , beams,columns ,lintel,chajja, fin , facia etc. (upto 50mm average thickness for slabs/Chajja) by any means as directed by engr-in-charge including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities air or sand blasting etc and cleaning of exposed concrete surface of lightly picking materials by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign matrials , loose concrete/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris out of MOD land and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Providing and applying two component epoxy bonding agent (adhesive bond strength =11 N/Sqmm) for bonding fresh wet cementitious materials to existing cementitious surfaces bonding agent of approved brand including all necessary scaffolding, complete all as per manufacturer instruction . Make :- Nitobond EP (Std) of FOSROC or equivalents chemical of SIKA / STP / HINDCON as approved by GE.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by emery paper and cleaning the area throughly by water and allow it to dry and totally rust free (ii) Applying two component epoxy zinc rich primer on existing reinforcement surface of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalents chemical of SIKA/ STP/ HINDCON as approved by GE.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing and placing in position free flow non shrink cementious microconcrete of Grade of M-50 to the effected beam, column etc. The micro concrete shall have a minimum 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 50 Mpa, minimum tensile strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimum flextural strength 5N/mm2 @ 28 days and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 80 to 100 mm average thickness of column,beam and similar structural members including use and waste of water tight formwork to facillitate pouring of micro concrete including surface preparation etc. as per manufacturers instruction. Make(micro concrete):-Renderoc RG of FOSROC or equivalents solutions SIKA/STP as approved by GE.

Demolition of reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in floor and roofs (other than ground floor), and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs,roof padding, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6-8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, where directed and leaving the work clear complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on any faces of concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement in ceiling/ chajja complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather proof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre, dart pick up resistant,silicon enhanced,UV resistant and PU enhanced property over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying two coats of wall care putty exterior grade to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including applying two coats of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

M & L for preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in floor and roofs (other than ground floor) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.55 Km but nexc 5 Km outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of horizontal or vertical surfaces for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned non accessible RCC roof with the following specification and manufacturings instruction complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Preparing and cleaning of fully dry surfaces as per IS3067-1966 (b) Applying bitumen primer(85/25 grade)conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned plaster surface @ 0.5 Ltr per sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25°C, 0.87 to 0.89 kg / Liter and viscosity 70-160 cps shall be applied on the prepared surface. (c) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrance 3.0mm thick (minimum) weight 3.6Kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160gms per sqm by torch application. The over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (d) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @0.10 ltr per sqm over APP based polymeric membrane.

M & L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, double layer construction, ISI marked (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position as specified in SSR Part I including disconnecting existing/old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any thickness, including cover fillets / frame complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing suspended vertical linear baffle ceiling made out of Aluminium Extrusion in Aluminium alloy grade 6063 T5. The baffle blade shall be in size of 100 x 50 x minimum 3000 mm (except at openable portion and residue) in powder coated to Plain finish of approved shade with centre to centre spacing 150 mm. The baffle shall be electro staticallys polyester powder coated to a coating thickness of 60-80 micron. The baffle blade shall bek suspended using slotted U-profile of 20 x 30 x1.5 mm thick of required length (as per baffle length) having slots. Longer lengths of baffle to be connected by baffle Joiner and the ends to be fixed with end caps. Suspension shall be hanged using baffle hanger from U-profile made of mild steel with powder coating thickness of 60-80 micron. The U - profile to comprise of alternate square & rectangular slots for locking the baffle hanger. The overall dimension of the U -profile is 20 x 30 mm of required length and is rolled form from 1.5mm thick mild steel with a powder coating thickness of 60-80 micron. The U profile to be suspended at every 1200mm centre to centre using 6mm threaded rod from the structural soffit using U-profile hanger. U-profile splice to be used to join more than one U profiles of required length as per length of baffle. Each hanger to be secured into position by inserting the locking clip or other approved, method. For opening of baffle, locking clip or torsion spring shall be provided as per drawing. Baffies blades are to be connected at ends with baffle Joiner, which are inserted into the top| and bottom slots of the Baffle closed profile for alignment only. Installation shall be carried| out as per manufacturer recommended procedure. Note: The Baffle along with suspension system used together shall carry a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defect and manufacturer shall provide a warranty certificate. The supply shall be backed by a Manufacturing Test Certificate. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing with coordination of all services and opening/ excess of baffle. Sample, shop drawing and mock up shall be approved by Architect and engineer in charge. Measurements shall be wall to wall without any deductions for lights, difusers, columns etc.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness laid in CM and pointed in any mortar, in floors, aprons etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18 to 20mm thick Green Marble work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 & cutting, moulding, bull nosing,chamfered and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 & cutting, moulding, bull nosing,chamfered and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc except light fitting. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable main switches, DBs, bus bars chambers any capacityincluding all fittings and fixtures such as MCBs, isolator, etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub-main wiring (any numbers of cable) with rigid PVC/steel conduits/PVC casing-caping including cutting chases for conduits and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for conceled Point wiring with two runs of single core 1.5 Sq.mm. (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH (ISI marked) drawn through and including non metallic PVC conduit 20 mm bore (Minimum) medium grade (ISI marked) concealed type including metal GI boxes of suitable module including modular white cover plate of suitable module for fixing modular type switches, sockets, regulators etc. including provision of multistranded 1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor cable FRLSH [ISI marked] as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and earth in distribution board complete all as specified and as directed, for one light/exhaust fan/fan point/call bell controlled by one way switch.
