“Supply of 3 seater Student Desk with the following specifications. Dimensions: Top of desk:1500 mm x 400 mm, seat size:1500 mm x 300 mm, back rest size:1500 mmx150 mm, desk height: minimum:735 mm and maximum: 760 mm from floor level. Seat height: 450 mm, Materials: Top, seat and back: Fabricated out of 18mm thick MDF board duly double side post formed edges using 0.60mm flex high pressure laminates. Frame: fabricated out of 25mm square tube sections of 1.20 mm thick duly powder coated after necessary treatment. Book shelf: covered 3 sides with 1 mm thick CRCA steel sheet duly powder coated after necessary treatment with 2 dividers making three sections. The variations in dimensions up to + or -10mm over all specified sizes are admissible. The rate is inclusive of all taxes and other incidental charges etc. complete (Excluding GST).” Note: 1. The structural steel/sheets used should be brand of TA TA/SAIL/Vizag/Jindal or any superior brand as approved by TTD. 2. All other materials should be ISI marked/approved brand in TTD SSR/superior brands only. 3. The sample for all items should be got approved by the department before supplying them in bulk. 4. The quoted rate is inclusive of all taxes, but excluding of GST. 5. The TTD will not provide C or D forms and the tenderer has quoted the quote accordingly. 6. The supplier/tenderer have to bare the testing charges of the quality control test conducted in any reputed laboratory when the department insists. 7.
